Neon Drift League
★★★★☆ 4.1
Neon Drift League doesn't pretend to be a serious simulator, and that's why it works. It's all about long, screaming drifts through neon streets, chaining corners together to fill a boost meter and then letting it rip on the straights. The touch controls took us maybe two races to get comfortable with. You tap to brake into a drift and steer with tilt or an on-screen wheel, whichever you prefer. Car upgrades are cosmetic-leaning but there's enough tuning to change how a car feels. It's a great pick-up-and-play game for short bursts.
What we liked
- Satisfying drift chains and boost management
- Two control schemes that both feel right
- Perfect for quick five-minute sessions
